How can I contact you?

You may contact us through our website contact form, by phone, email, or by post. Please see our contact page.

How do I place an order?

By telephone, fax, post and email and online: www.jroscoe.co.uk and browse through our product list. We can provide a none-obligatory quote service. Not all products are listed on the website so please do contact us if you can’t find what you are looking for. You should be able to locate most Key stages 3,4,5 and supporting resources on our website.

How much discount am I eligible for?

JRP provides a very competitive pricing structure and so we will do our best to quote/give you the best possible price for your order. We will aim to match the price of other companies if our quote to you is not competitive in the first instance.

Each month we run special price promotions covering a full range of subjects. These special promotions are shown on each listed product. You are most welcome to ring or email us for a quote. 

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you have completed your website order, proceed to the checkout where you will be able to add the relevant promotional code when prompted to do so.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Normal delivery time is between 2-5 working days as well as providing an express delivery service when required (charges may occur with this service). To speed up deliveries, most of our orders are supplied direct from the publisher or publisher’s distributor. 

What are my payment options?

Customers can order online using credit or debit cards via paypal.

Schools within the UK may order online without using credit cards, by registering on this site and using the Order on School Account button.

Other methods include...

• Educational institutions within 28 days of receipt of goods, extended to 60 days over the summer holiday, inc web orders.
• BACS payment accompanied by a remittance advice note.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Currently we accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as Maestro debit cards.

Will I be charged VAT?

Books are zero rated, but may be subject to VAT if product contains an online or CD-ROM resource. The VAT part of your invoice will be separated from the book cost.

How accurate is our website information?

We take our product information from Nielsen Data feeds. This information is not always accurate as it is dependent on the product information supplied from the publisher. We endeavor to ensure that this information is as accurate as it can be. 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we welcome international orders. We will advise you of postage details. If you have a UK shipping agent, please provide UK postal address and your order will be treated as a UK sale’s order.

Do you exhibit your resources?

Yes, we can support PE and Sport Conferences within the UK which are tailor-made to meet your requirements. Contact Jan to arrange your personalised exhibition.

Can you resource our library?

Yes, we can provide single copy orders along with bulk purchases.  

Can’t find a product?

Please do let us know as we can supply any publication for your educational needs. Contact us for resources you can recommend that are not on our website, it’s always good to know. The most effective way to identify a book is with the ISBN – International Standard Book Number. The ISBN is a 13 digit number that begins 978. It is unique to each book and knowing the ISBN makes books ordering easy. Once you have the ISBN, a book can be found without the title or the author. It is the most accurate way of providing a quote. The ISBN can be found above the barcode on the back cover of a book or on the title page inside the front cover.  

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes, we do, please contact us for further information.

Do you offer a book jacket service?

A full jacketing service is available. Please provide book dimensions to include height and total width (including spine) and contact us. 

What if part of my order is not in stock?

Resources that are currently unavailable are held on back order and are not charged to your account until the order has been fulfilled. We will advise you on the status of your order if this is the case.  

How much is delivery?

A standard charge of £4.50 will be applied to your order when your order is £50.00 net or under. Thereafter postage is free.

Our Terms and Conditions and your acceptance of them?

You should read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering on our website or when placing an order directly with JRP.

How do I return an item to you?

Under our Return’s Policy, we are happy to accept the return of unsuitable items providing they are returned in original condition and packaging (within 28 days of receipt for both UK and International customers). How long does a refund take?

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method of payment.
