Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the site is up to date and accurate, we are reliant on information from many sources and so subject content is as accurate as it can possible be.

Your order for JRP products and services is subject to the following terms and conditions which change from time to time. However, your order will be subject to the version of the terms and conditions on our website at the time when you place your order.

Product pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We update our product information, for our website on a weekly basis, using Nielson data feeds. This information is occasionally incorrect, but we do our best to check prices.

As stated above, prices for new publications (not yet published) are provisionally priced, and therefore may be subject to change.

Titles not yet published

We will do our best to fulfil your order but cannot guarantee to do so. All products (not yet published) will be recorded and sent out to you following the publication date. Prices for not yet published products are provisional. Recorded dues will be invoiced at time of release unless you request otherwise.

Super discounts

This feature offers you a great chance to buy your school subject resources and benefit from enhanced discounts. You will reduce your workload, increase your discount by placing a whole-school order. We can provide you with a quote, so please contact us direct.

How to order

The most effective way to identify a book is with the ISBN – International Standard Book Number. The ISBN is a 13 digit number that begins 978. It is unique to each book and knowing the ISBN makes books ordering easy. Once you have the ISBN, a book can be found without the title or the author. It is the most accurate way of providing a quote. The ISBN can be found above the barcode on the back cover of a book or on the title page inside the front cover. The ISBN will also be listed on all publisher marketing materials.

How to order or get quotes by email/fax or phone:

  • State whether you would like a quote or direct order.
  • Include ISBN, author, title and quantity, official order number or private account.
  • Send your email order/quote: [email protected] or fax: +44(020) 8641 3377 or post: Heath Books, Willow House, Willow Walk, Sutton, Surrey SM3 9QQ, UK.
