Delivery Service

Providing the products in your shopping basket are available, we aim to get your order to you within 5 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order within this time.

To speed our delivery service, we often email your order to the publisher or main distributor who, on our instruction, will despatch goods directly to you. It is very important that you check your orders for ISBN and quantity. Books received damaged or imperfect must be reported to JRP within 48 hours.

If your order is urgent, you can pay an express delivery charge. Please contact us if you wish to use this service.

Returns policy

• All titles are supplied on a firm sale basis.
• Please send requests in writing to JRP.
• JRP reserves the right to withhold credit on titles returned without permission.
• Returns must be packaged adequately and returned in good (resaleable) condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Title pages will only be returned by agreement.
• CD-ROMs cannot be returned unless faulty or the seal is unbroken.
• We regret that in most cases, we are unable to return specially ordered items.
